1. Each team submit registration fee to hire certified referees.
2. Only campus associated teams are allowed to participate?.
   A more proper name is XUE2 ZI BEI1(for students and scholars).
3. Invent a better way to group, such as lottery.
4. Better way to define "Chinese", such as a valid Chinese passport?,
   can speak fluent Mandarin?, student ID check?, etc.
5. How to prevent one player from playing for more than one team?
   Suspend this player or fine 2nd or 3rd team to use this player?
6. We play for us and play by us. To find many outside helpers is
   not a good idea.
