WEB Journey I have been thinking of building up a nice homepage while I was back in China. I was attracted by the nice design and well selected images of a homepage built by a friend couple and thought this could help me realize some of the things I have in mind. The first version of my site was built with Netscape Editor with very simple layout. Then I learned to use FrontPage and was able to utilize some nice things like theme and buttons. Only when I started to learn some HTML code, did I start to make some nice and neat web pages. After I learned some ASP programming, I am attracted the easy and simple ASP code. The beauty of ASP code is you can write one simple piece of code to create multiple similar pages. Also you can repeatedly use the components. The maintenance is also very easy. You can change one place and all the pages will be changed.  Then I also started to use a small Access database on the backend to effectively create pages or track visitors, of course, the guest book is another use of the database. I am trying to include as many interesting things as possible in this web site. So, you will be seeing different things from time to time. Hope this site will bring you some fresh ideas and leave some nice memories for you.
